Buenos Aires, October 10th. Next October 31st, LIDE Argentina will run the VIII National Agribusiness Forum, in the Buenos Aires city. LIDE is a group of CEOs and chairmen of the largest companies in the country. The Agribusiness chapter counts with members like Rizobacter, Cargill, LDC, Grupo Los Grobo, Rabobank, or Grupo Benetton between others, and Mr. Gustavo Grobocopatel is the chairman of this chapter.
“It will be the first agribusiness meeting after the electoral test of October 27th, when the Argentinians will define who will rule the country since December 10th”, Mr. Grobocopatel told to eFarmNewsAr.com.
“We (the businessmen) have a huge expectation about what will come in the political scene, but I think that whoever be the next President we must support him with ideas and accompaniment. The country faces a very complex situation and overcoming it will demand leadership, synchronicity, reasonableness but, at the same time, a little piece of audacity”, Grobocopatel added.
The meeting will count with the presence of Pablo Paladini, director of Frigorifico Paladini, as a speaker, alongside CEO of Benetton Group Agustin Dranovsky, former president of the No-Till Farmers Association (Aapresid), Alejandro Petek, and the chairman of the Oilseed Industry (CIARA), Gustavo Idigoras.
