It is a good time for agricultural investors in Argentina because as explained by the Chamber of Rural Real Estate, the values of land fell 20% in recent months.
This situation is attracting investments from large entrepreneurs, for example, the agricultural firm MSU recently bought three fields in the province of Chaco for which it paid almost US $ 10 million.
The same is true of other companies in the sector, both local and international, that are taking advantage of the reduction in dollars to invest.

Regarding the leasing market, agricultural contracts have been renewed with high demand and stable values. “The demand for rentals for the livestock segment continues to be firm. The fact that these operations are carried out in pesos consolidates this trend, ”stated the sector.

On the other hand, agricultural activity continues to develop with relative strength, and is one of the few sectors that is strongly active in the current circumstances, generating genuine foreign exchange.
